Ein Albtraum, sehr arrogant, abwertend. Er guckt nicht hin, hört nicht zu. Es ist sehr traurig, dass manchen Ärzten denken, sie wären besser als ihren Patienten, obwohl, dass ohne Patienten wären Ärzte nichts. Wer sowas nicht kapiert, wie bekommt er ein Arzt überhaupt???? Bitte 10 Minuten einkalkulieren um das Praxis zu finden, falls Sie zum ersten Mal hin gehen. Vielleicht wir es zu Ihnen nett!

Leider handelt es sich um eine reine Privatpraxis

I am not from Germany, and have visited Dr. Grotmann for some skin issues as I was in Dusseldorf. First, I was satisfied with the fact that Dr. Grotmann can speak English. Despite being able to exchange with me, he was quite cold and seemed annoyed... Unfortunately, he was clueless about my issue, and told me he could not do anything unless I keep a daily record of the evolution of the situation and report to him so he can check if there was indeed an issue or not. He kept me not more than 10 minutes in his office and didn't give me any specific advice, I had to be proactive and ask him a couple questions, otherwise all he was saying is "Now, I can't do anything"... However, he sure could charge me 48 EUR for the (so-called) consultation without letting me know about this ! WHAT A SCAMMER ! Seriously, 10 min of nothing, not one advice provided and 48 EUR charged. Just don't go there...
